I also googled my graphics card and looked if there was any drivers to download and there was. This has now happened to me, does anyone know how to fix the problem? I found really simple way to fix this problem I went to device management and opened graphics card section and then device driver and there was upgrade your device driver. Also added "-console" in the launch options which finally made the game launch. However when I change it to Fullscreen mode CS freezes and I can't do anything, it doesn't crash and I can hear the sounds in the background I have tried: -Reinstalling Steam -Reinstalling CS:GO -Updating and reinstalling my Nvidia Drivers -Updating my Intel HD Graphics Drivers -Various launch options "-safe", enabeled me to open the game the first time, but I don't need it anymore as it changed the display mode from Fullscreen to Windowed mode, When CS is in Fullscreen mode it wont lanch for more than a couple of seconds before it closes itself -Changing the compatibility through csgo.įorcing the resolution. I can open the game just fine from Steam and run it both in Windowed and in Fullscreen Windowed mode. My problem is as written in the title I can't run CS in Fullscreen mode.
